Going Virtual

_______________

Start your Estate Plan today, in person or virtually!

There is no better time than the present to think about your future and plan for it. At Cris Carter Law, our team is available to help you and your family secure your future by ensuring you have the necessary Estate Planning documents in place, such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advanced Medical Directives. You can meet with us personally in our office or virtually in your home or office, whichever works best for you.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Initial Phone Consultation

Contact us at your convenience to set up a time for an initial phone or video conference to discuss your Estate Planning needs and answer whatever questions you have.

Step 2: Virtual Planning Session

Next, we will schedule a time to have a phone or video conference to design your estate plan. During this session, we will discuss the decisions that you need to make and develop a plan that will provide for: your care, the care of your family, and distribute your assets.  You will get personalized advice on achieving your Estate Planning goals and answers to all of your questions. If we find that we are a good fit and you want to move forward, you will complete a Family Wealth Inventory of basic information for the planning process.

Step 3: Preparing Your Documents

We will then prepare all your Estate Planning documents.  We will answer any questions you have about the different pieces of your estate plan during the review process and make any changes you request. Documents are shared through your secure online client portal. Finalized documents are ready to be signed.

Step 4: Executing Your Documents

For your documents to be legal and fully effective when needed, they need to be properly signed, witnessed, and notarized. We take care of making all the arrangements to have your comprehensive estate plan properly executed at our office.

Schedule online to book a 15-minute Phone Consultation, a Family Wealth Planning Session, or an Existing Estate Plan Check-up.
